Are you looking for an opportunity to learn about regenerative agriculture and permaculture practices? We would love to have you join our farm team!
We have been participants in the Washington Small Farms Internship Program and have adapted curriculum and field modules based on the Western Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education Farm Internship Curriculum with emphasis on soil science, crop rotations, cover crops, composting, irrigation, and greenhouse basics. Field study modules include plant propagation, transplanting, harvesting, post-harvest handling, and weed management. Regenerative and permaculture practices are integrated throughout the curriculum.
We are accepting short term stays (minimum of 2 weeks) as well as looking for interns for the growing season (May-October). If interested, please submit application, Sweet Earth Farm Intern Application, along with resume and three references. We encourage you to read our Sweet-Earth-Farm-Policy for more internship details before applying. We look forward to hearing from you!
